Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
● Identify, target, and engage prospective clients while building long-term strategic relationships.
● Understand client requirements and position IT solutions to address their business challenges.
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
● Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions aligned with client objectives.
● Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and negotiation.
● Collaborate with marketing, technical, and delivery teams to ensure aligned strategies and seamless execution.
● Work with senior management to define business goals, KPIs, and sales metrics.
● Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for leadership review.
● Attend industry events and conferences to build networks and enhance business opportunities.
● Identify and negotiate potential partnerships to expand services and strengthen market reach.
● Provide feedback on client and market requirements to help improve offerings.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
● 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services and consulting.
● Strong technical acumen with an understanding of IT solutions and service delivery models.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Results-driven mindset with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
● Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales reporting.
