Tech lead - Frontend
Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead a Frontend Development Team:**
- Mentor and guide frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- **Technical Leadership:**
- Drive technical decisions and provide expertise in frontend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing.
- **Architectural Design:**
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.
- Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal system performance.
- **Development:**
- Hands-on coding, contributing to frontend development tasks.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions.
- **Project Management:**
- Collaborate with project managers to define project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.
### Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in frontend development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
### Technical Skills:
- Proficient in modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Familiarity with frontend build tools (webpack, rollup...etc), package managers, and CI/CD pipelines.
