We are looking for a highly skilled Java Lead to join our fast-paced and growing team. As a technical leader, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems, mentoring developers, and driving engineering excellence.
Lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Design and review system architecture and software design documents.
Mentor and guide junior developers in coding practices and design patterns.
Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.
Ensure best practices in software engineering, code quality, and documentation.
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and cloud-native application development.
Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Background in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 institutions (IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, etc.).
Exposure to modern DevOps tools, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
