Job Description: This is a full-time role for an AI/ML Specialist based in Gurugram . The AI/ML Specialist will develop and implement machine learning models, conduct data analysis, and collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various projects. Daily tasks include designing algorithms, experimenting with AI techniques, preparing data sets, and deploying models to production environments. The role also involves researching new AI technologies and optimizing existing machine learning systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing web applications using Django, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions with a strong background in AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, integrating AI functionalities, and optimizing performance to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms—from data ingestion and feature engineering to model validation and tuning .
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems .
Preprocess datasets and execute data analysis pipelines ensuring clean, high-quality inputs . Monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance and scalability in production. Stay updated on AI/ML trends such as Generative AI, NLP, and latest frameworks—and apply relevant innovations .
Document code, designs, and model evaluation results clearly and comprehensively.
Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn .
Practical exposure to Computer Vision / NLP / Generative AI / LLMs / Sequence Models (CNN, RNN, Transformers, BERT, etc.)
Familiarity with Docker, container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred), MLOps workflows and tools .
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a strong plus .
Working knowledge of REST APIs, and familiarity with SQL/NoSQL or vector databases.
